My COMPLEAT Favorite Things

We have an award-winning songrwriter in our midst! Congratulations to Travel and Transport Mid-Office Software Supervisor Trish Mihm for entering and WINNING GDSX's "Have You Made a COMPLEAT Change" Contest.

Trish's prize-winning entry is below. Be sure to hum the tune to "My Favorite Things" from "The Sound of Music" while you read:

My COMPLEAT Favorite Things

Query a data source and lookup list dependence
Networking with other agencies at the annual user conference
Contacting the RAD Team for run time error meanings
These are a few of my COMPLEAT favorite things

Processing summary reports and XML data elements
Reviewing deployment notes for fixes and enhancements
I tip my hat to the Product Development kings
These are a few of my COMPLEAT favorite things

Load manager balancing and datalist importing
Scheduling a process and metric recording
Improving agent efficiency and saving money - cha-ching
These are a few of my COMPLEAT favorite things

When the queues fail
When the GDS throws a curveball
When there's a blacklist PNR
I simply open a clarity call
With GDSX as a partner, I'm better off, by far
